From my perspective Moonin is the very best personal fitness instructor that I have worked with over the past 10 years. He is very energetic, extremely thoughtful and careful in designing the exercise program for me each week. It is never boring since he constantly changes the routine exercises. He takes into account your level of fitness and pushes are you to your limit which I find to be very invigorating.

I can’t say enough good things about Billy both from a training and personal basis. I have watched him work with many clients for years at his previous location and he is so knowledgeable. He knows all the old school stuff as well as the new up and coming training. When it came time to start my teenager with training, I knew exactly who I would bring him to - Billy. I am 72 years old and have had several personal trainers over the last 20 years. I can honestly say that Moonin has been my best trainer. He has an innate feel for getting the best results from each exercise. He evaluates form and makes corrections to my form, where appropriate. He safely pushes me just beyond my comfort zone and he can be very creative in mixing up the exercises for each session so I don’t fall in to a routine. Each session also consists of a mixture of aerobic and anaerobic exercise, sometimes within the same routine. Moonin completes each session by stretching my legs and core. I have seen marked improvement in my flexibility as a result. I highly recommend Moonin as a personal trainer.

I signed up with Moonin to get my body healthy after having had two back surgeries. He tailored a workout program to my needs to basically get my core muscles stronger... Accommodating of my variable schedule, easy going yet kept me motivated, and he was fun to work out with. If you are worried about working with a trainer because they might be too intense or unreasonable, Moonin will set you at ease. I can say today my back problems are a thing of the past after getting my core stronger with Moonin.

I joined a gym a year ago. While I was exercising, Moonin offered some suggestions. It was immediately apparent to me that I would benefit from more exposure to his expertise as a trainer. In the course of several training sessions he substantially revised my training routine for the better... I have had back problems for the last 40 years, and have used various stretching and massaging techniques over that time to deal with it... this did seem beneficial, though I still had no exercises designed specifically to strengthen the back muscles. Then Moonin suggested a set of 4 exercises which targets the back, among other muscle groups. After pursuing that regiment for several months, my back is in better shape than it has been in decades.

My prior experience with back strengthening exercises always resulted in injury and discontinuation of the exercises. In order for Moonin to make a success of the back exercise regiment for my case required precise knowledge in exercise selection and execution.

For my back, Moonin was able to accomplish in a few months what had eluded me and the various physical therapists that I have seen over the years. And I believe that the same detailed level of knowledge that Moonin applied to the back exercises has also left me in possession of a general workout which will suffice for years to come.

I have been training with Moonin for the past 7 months and have achieved a certain level of fitness and wellness at my current age of fifty-six. I have had numerous injuries over the past few years due to my involvement in various high intensity sport activities. After a few knee and shoulder surgeries I was unable to undertake strenuous exercise. Once my therapist gave me the all clear to do moderate and restricted exercise, I knew that I needed a trainer who would understand my limitations, but also assist in my rehabilitation and return to exercise.

Moonin is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and at the same time fun. My fitness has increased noticeably and I have seen improvements in my ability to complete more circuit exercises, lift progressively heavier weights and generally push myself harder throughout each session. I look forward to my weekly challenging workouts.

Most importantly he ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. He is extremely reliable and punctual. He is always prepared and ready to start training with an exercise routine planned. I always look forward to the stretching sessions at the end of each workout.

I thoroughly enjoy working out with him and would recommend Moonin to anyone looking to improve their fitness level. I aim to continue to train and maintain a good level of fitness with his help for a long time to come.
