Whether it's coaching athletes to excel in their sports, training individuals to achieve their health and lifestyle goals, or providing guidance to aid and restrengthen injuries, our motivated fitness coaches love to build the confidence in each and every client to see their own true potential and take them past their perceived limitations.

InMotion is hands down the best place I have trained. What makes this place different is that each trainer brings a unique training style which means there’s a trainer for every type of client. I personally chose to rotate my sessions between the trainers and it was great because I got to add variety to my routine. With Moonin, I was able to get intense and new exercises. He also loves bringing in new gadgets which keep the workouts fresh and engaging. Justin was the perfect guy for functional movement, more dynamic stretching, and my active rest/lower intensity days. I did have most of my sessions with Rafael and he was fantastic. He was really able to adapt the routine as we went along, reacting to my energy and abilities that day. He even made it a point to address the mental piece of health; offering strategies to decrease stress levels and emphasizing self-care post workout. Just sincere, kind people that actually care which makes all the difference. The gym focuses mainly on private training which means you do not have to wait for equipment or deal with other gym-goers. Also a huge thank you to the trainers for dealing with my ever-changing schedule. I’m a grad student and their flexibility was so appreciated. These guys really care and take the time to check in with you, adapting the workout if something is off, sore or if you’re just tired/sleep-deprived, which was me more days than not. Unfortunately I had to move out of state. Wish I could take this place with me! Overall a great experience and I highly recommend.
